Hi Josh, When your cups are leaking I also assume it can cause coolant leaking into your engine oil, does that happen often with leaking cup seals?

Curious what the syptoms were. Was engine running rough etc? And would it hurt the engine to run it for a long time this way if it wasn't running noticiably bad? Reason i ask is I bought a C7 truck from auction and i noticed fuel was red. Runs great, and assumed it was farmer diesel but coolant was just above the low mark. Added a little and drove it home. Seems fine, but now im wondering if it has leaky cups.

That track creeper is a great invention, it's super lightweight and compact compared to a regular creeper cart on castors.

Southern California here. Ive been using 20 50 in my 58 Cadillac and 68 Mustang for about 40 years now. No problems engines run fine, sound healthy.

Here in Florida it seems to cap around 33/hour. I do my own mobile and bill in at 125 an hour which affords my family a decent living and allows me to put money back for things like retirement etc

I worked at a facility and knives were banned. You had to have special permit, and if caught using without that permit resulted in being black listed. Sometimes it makes no sense why companies won't let you use common tools.

I have that cup tool kit....I put foam ear plugs down in the small end of the cups at the bottom before I tap them out. Works good and can do all 6 at once and they come out with the cup.

Had a fuel in the coolant problem on a Mack MP10, very weird tho. We thought it was cups at first and changed them. Unit ran for like a week after no issues, then it happened again. Tried other things, had the head pressure checked and such, but each time it would take a week for the fuel to show back up in the coolant. Turned out the older 7th injectors were cooled with coolant, and this one cracked internally. When the truck would push fuel into the coolant on regens

10:38. HELLO. Reason IN this Case Coolant is getting past the one way is coolants getting to a higher pressure than the fuel due to.a weak fan clutch or a stuck thermostat. Coolants getting too hot.

I am borrowing a Chevy pick up from my work while I work on my truck. It's got the 5.3L, and it makes that sound. This truck is a 2017 and has only 54xxx miles.

I also did not know a HEUI engine would run with no engine oil pressure. Scary they were running it like that.

We had an engine that kept putting fuel in the coolant but no coolant in the fuel. Volvo coolant o-rings and such do not tolerate petroleum at all and you tear down a lot of stuff to plug the leaks. When it came in the third time with fuel in the coolant and leaking coolant everywhere I pitched a fit. The fuel system had ben pressure and vacuum tested, cups replaced, head replaced , escalated tech support, bla, bla, bla. I went to the yard with the foreman and got a nice little nugget of info from the driver finally. In the shed with coolant and oil barrels there was also a fuel barrel...... Idiot driver thought the coolant needed topping off and somehow couldn't tell the difference between coolant and diesel. For some reason that wasn't covered by warranty and they wound up paying for that misery, about 100 hrs labor and parts.

A small ladder is a godsend for us that are slightly older and have bad backs.
